The short version

What stays on your phone
Your list, your settings, and any documents you photographed and their originals stay in this browser's own storage for saysoit.com.
If you keep a copy, it goes where you send it through your phone's share menu. Sayso never sees it.
What leaves your phone, and where it goes
When you tap Organize, the words you said or typed are sent to Google. Up to 100 of the most recent items already on your list go with them, so new items can be matched with old ones. For each item, its text and category are sent. Cloudflare's AI Gateway carries this with its own logs turned off, and nothing is kept afterwards.
A recording of your voice is sent first to ElevenLabs, then Microsoft Azure in Canada, then Cloudflare's own Workers AI, until one answers. Your words are not kept — only a daily count of which service answered.
The photo or file you chose, and the language you're using, are sent to Google to be read and explained. Nothing is kept afterwards.
Your question, the document, and the last three answered turns of that conversation are sent to Google. Nothing is saved — it is gone as soon as you close the sheet.
The form's questions and the answers you gave are sent to Google, so your answers can be written into the form's own language. Nothing is kept afterwards.

If you turn reminders on, a wake-up address and up to fifty reminder times are stored on Cloudflare's servers — never what the reminder says. This is deleted after 400 days, or as soon as you turn reminders off.

Each item's id, text, unit and variety, and the language you chose, are sent to Google so your list can be shown in another language. Nothing is kept afterwards.
This check sends nothing of yours. It only asks the server to report its own daily speech numbers.
Every request also carries your internet address, which Cloudflare uses to count how many requests you have made. That count is deleted within the hour.
Loading the page's own letters asks Google Fonts for them, which sees your internet address.
Sometimes Sayso listens with your phone's own speech recognition instead — for example Google's, inside Chrome, which may send your voice to Google. This happens while Sayso reads your list aloud, so it can hear you say 'stop'. It also happens on phones that cannot record for Sayso's own service, and when Sayso is offline or right after a service stumbles.
What the services keep
What Google says
We use Google's free service. Google's terms say people at Google may read what is sent, and Google may use it to improve its products.

For the fast transcription Sayso uses, Azure says it does not retain or store what is sent.

Cloudflare says it does not use what is sent to Workers AI to train models, and Sayso keeps this AI Gateway's own logging off.

What Sayso's own server keeps
Only what the table above says it keeps. Its error notes are kept three days and never contain your words.
Cookies and tracking
Sayso sets no cookies. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking.
Children
Sayso is not made for children under 13.
Deleting everything
- Clear your list in Sayso: open More, then Clear all.
- Turn reminders off in Settings. That deletes the server's record of them.
- Clear this site's data in your browser's own settings. Nothing else exists to delete.
